Bug Description
The setup wizard only populates 1 catalog. Any subsequent catalogs does not properly populate the catalog, company link in Fin Portal. There is no administrative function to manually do it. And the only manual work around is to physically go into the Postres DB and populate the table.
So If you only have 1 catalog and test with 1 catalog you are fine, but the bug only manifests itself on the second and following catalogs.
The current design is direct link between the portals, eventually this interface will migrate to a Data Migration Portal interface.
