Ren'Py games start minimized on Lion

Bug Description

A sample game will start, and the menu bar will change to reflect that it's running; if applicable, any title screen music will play, but the game window will be invisible until you click the icon in the Dock.

This occurs in games made with my (mildly hacked) 6.12.2, an unmodified 6.11.1a, and an unmodified The launcher also starts minimized ( AFAIK I did not notice this problem running an earlier version of Long Live The Queen (6.12.2) on Jaguar/PPC.

Games made with 6.11.1a or my 6.12.2 will display the window normally on start if they have a presplash.png. Games made with do not display the window normally even when a presplash.png has been added.

Bizarrely, the window on my 6.13 test app (which was just the result of creating a new Ren'Py project and building a Mac distribution) showed up normally when I started with the shift key held down, and even more bizarrely, it *continued* to show up normally when started even when I deleted the persistent file. However, if I minimize the test app, quit it from the Dock icon, maximize it, and click 'Yes' to quit, the test app will start minimized on future runs.

My guess is that this has something to do with the fact that the Lion GUI is a lot more aggressive about remembering window states (it even saves my Terminals' current working directories through reboots) than Jaguar was, and the presplash initialization forces Lion to show the window while the non-presplash initialization is treated as a minimized start.

The next version of Ren'Py will included an updated version of pygame. Hopefully this will fix it - otherwise, I'm probably going to have to upgrade the OS on my mac to Lion so I can repeat it.
