Cyrillic symbols displays as question marks in window title

When setting config.window_title to any Russian text, or mix of Russian and English (for example, config.window_title = u"Some cyrillic text Например такой"), window title whows question marks istead cyrillic letters (Some cyrillic text ???????? ?????)

Just to be sure, we're talking about Windows here, right?

Right, Windows (XP, to be specific).
I do not have other OSs is possession to check this up on them, so I don't know if this problem is platform-specific or universal.

This should be fixed in 6.10.1. If you could check it when 6.10.1a comes out (probably tomorrow), I'd appreciate it. I don't have a Russian system to test on, and the way SDL on Windows handles international window titles is annoyingly system-specific.
