Bug Description
Feature request. In order to avoid frequent usage of command line arg. `-d` would be better to support `relnotesdir: '.releasenotes'` in reno.yml.
Consider usage of a list of the default paths to be tested to search for `[ releasenotes, .releasenotes ]`.
