Bug Description

Reproduction steps:

create a fresh virtual environment
only install reno inside
run `reno new banana`

Expected behavior: I can go bananas with the sample template.

Actual behavior: I am required to install six, then I can go bananas.

    Reno uses six, but doesn't declare the dependency. This declares it.
