Bug Description

The package 'python-kde' should be a 'recommends' in the debian package. The UI crashes when it's not installed.

I am wondering if this should not be automatically pulled in by the ${misc:Depends} or ${python:Depends} in the debian/control file. There is already a build dependency on python-kde4-dev, so if it was used, it should be pulled in. Maybe the python tools are not so smart as the "normal" linker.

A quick fix is made for now (control file updated with extra 'recommends' for python-kde). I'll leave the issue open but will lower the importance.

Dependency removed completely in control file. The (python) code checks the availability of gnome or kde libraries and uses the available ones. If neither exists, no program icon is displayed at all.
