Not synced icon doesn't disappear sometimes when the note is synced

Bug Description
I'm not sure but I think Notes app first synces the note to Evernote (if it is set up) and then checks if it is synced.
Sometimes a note is synced but not checked. And the icon (a cloud) doesn't disappear. I know it is synced because I open Notes app in another device. If I modify that note in the second device I have a conflict with the first device.
