Step:
1.Open Notes app and create a note
2.Press the attachment icon to add a photo
3.Select from Gallery or Camera
4.After added, check the screen
5.Press the close icon on the left bottom

Actual result:
The screen is blank, no photo added
After step 5, in the Notes list, can see the photo already added.
