Localization: Login page of note app is not localized

Test Env:

Steps:
1.Flash device
2.Change language setting to Simplified Chinese
3.Open note app
>login dialog prompts, but not fully translated, see attached pic
4.Click "Yes" to login page
5.Check the page

Actual:
Login page displays in English

Expected:
It should be localized

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This string is translatable, however it appears that it hasn't been translated into Chinese yet as you can see here [0]. Please feel free to add the correct string and it'll be automatically included in the next release of the Notes app to the store.

I am marking this as invalid as it is not a bug in the code of the application, just missing translations.
