Cannot launch notes app.

Step by step:
Launch notes app in Apps scope and check the performance.

Expected result:
Can launch the notes app.

Actual result:
Cannot launch the notes app.

Im also experiencing this issue. I have the Logviewer app but don't see anything called 'notes' or 'reminders'.

I have a little more info on this as I had a similar problem with document viewer.

First of all, there are no logs in the logviewer for apps affected with this bug (unless some other log like unity8.log is of use).
The app shows the splash for a second and then quits to scopes.

With docviewer, an update came which had unrelated changes. Installing fixed my issue despite not being targetted by the update. So I tried uninstalling Notes and reinstalling. No change. Please advise how I can progress the triaging of this report.

The issue is still in newest devel image.Version information as follows. The issue is not produced in stable image.

Since reflashing I am no longer affected by this issue.
