reproduce steps:
1.launch notes app.
2.swipe the page from bottom to create a new note
3.tap the alarm icon
4.then rotate the device to landscape mode while the page can not display completely or have no scroll to show the time option

expect result:
the "select date and time for the reminder" page can display completely or there is scroll we can set the time
actual result:
