0.5.490: UI element around setting time for reminder fails to display anything

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Install the latest rc-proposed image
2. Install the 0.5.490 click package
3. Reboot
4. Tap on the app
5. Tap on no to set up an account
6. Swipe up to create a new note
7. Add a title and some text
8. Save it
9. From the right of the note swipe left
10. Select the reminder
EXPECTED:
I expect to see a ui with a date and time dial
ACTUAL:
The dial is visible but there are no numbers on it.
