0.5.490: Can't connect to reminders account from inside the app

STEPS:
1. Install the latest rc-proposed image
2. Install the 0.5.490 click package
3. Refresh the apps scope
4. Tap on the notes app
5. Tap on no to setup an account
6. On the local system tap on the menu
7. Select accounts
8. Tap on Add new account

EXPECTED:
I expect the online accounts page to open to the evernote page

ACTUAL:
Ui hard freezes.

Manually adding an evernote account:
You can manually add an account to system settings and then you can access it from the notes app.

seems this was a weird build-time issue with some particular version of the build chroots.
