Bug Description
If a note contains a phone number, it should be clickable. And if click on it, it should open the phone application. So you can easily call a number from a note.

On my old phone I could set a call-reminder. So instead of typing a note I could select a phone number from my phone book, set a date and time and on that time a message came up where I could with one click call that number. I found that quite usefull. Because I do use notes for reminders that option would be great. Having a clickable number would be one step to implement this feature. The next would be to be able to select a number from the phone book.
