when launching reminders app from dekstop no toolbox is shown in edit note view

Bug Description
When you add a note from the notes tab on a desktop toolbox is missing, if you do the same on a Nexus 4 device the toolbox is there:
Open reminders, open the toolbar, click on "Add note", on the edit note view, under the note text area the toolbox is missing.

Is this still valid?
I'm not able to reproduce it.
Did you run Ubuntu 13.10 when you took the screenshot? Because on Ubuntu 13.10 there aren't the icons we use.
