test case mismatch for cinder in refstack and tempest

Tempest has changed the name of cinder related test cases, which results in refstack's inability to execute tempest with version older than 15.

The tempest patch that introduced the problem seems to be https://review.openstack.org/#/c/453281, which has removed V2 from the test case name. However there are no aliases in the test list therefore makes refstack-client unable to read the tempest tests as defined in defcore

This seams like a defcore alias issue, will try to fix on that first.
