Bug Description

A test result that is used for verifying and OpenStack product should include an OpenStack version release, such as Newton, Mitaka, Liberty, etc. Current OSF needs to directly ask which release a test result is associated with. This information should be attached to the test result.

This was discussed previously that RefStack could include test results of cloud environments (which cherry pick needed features/code ) that may not be based on any particular OpenStack version. However, specifically for the test runs that are used for verification, such information may be appropriate depending on the requirement of the Foundation. This feature could be added in the next cycle if needed.

LP is an old refstack bug tracker, storyboard is used as a replacement. I'm gonna close this as Invalid, note, it's still being tracked, in the new bug tracker - storyboard, https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/1633755
