No compute for test_authorization test module

3、Refstack-client install
use default install , Tempest will be installed from commit 8d468c8332b1d0d7176c285de4cedfa589a54a23 (May 7, 2016).

Again, this is a flag test. See the comments in https://bugs.launchpad.net/refstack/+bug/1592279 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/refstack/+bug/1592239 about flagged tests.

On https://refstack.openstack.org/#/results/8a56340e-abcf-4a96-b7af-a8c73a9f7a96 , tempest.api.compute.test_authorization.AuthorizationTestJSON.test_create_server_fails_when_tenant_incorrect showed as not pass but with a "FLAG" in front of it. This means that this test will not be counted toward pass/fail calculation.
