Bug Description

On the results report page, it would be nice to be able to expand or collapse all the capabilities to show or hide all the tests.

In the Defocre capabilities page, the Achievements for each test case can be expanded but fail to collapse.

This is an old bug tracker for refstack, stoyboard is the replacement. I'm gonna close this LP as Invalid here, note, it's still being tracked - in the new bug tracker - https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/1488260
