GUI, property window too large for netbooks

Bug Description
The property window does not fit onto my netbook display which has 1024x576 pixels. My solution would be to move the "additional tags" from the bottom to the right of the window.
I attach my solution for version 1.1.5
I think that supporting netbooks is important because a netbook and referencer are a good combination when working at the library.
