manage bibtex file does not work with path change

Bug Description

I already have my colelction of papers in a reflib database. Now I would like it to be mirrored in a .bib file. The exact functionality is provided in the Library menu. It is called: "Manage BibTeX File...". It works when both the .reflib file and .bib files are in the same directory. If I place .bib file in a subdirectory referencer does not work.

'Manage BibTeX file ...' also doesn't work when the .bib has a different parent directory from the .reflib.

I've just added a patch to https://code.launchpad.net/~referencer-devs/referencer/amrlima_gio_port that partilly fixes this issue, more exactly the problem with subdirectories.

The problem with mentioned by meow9th apparently is caused by some incorrect behavior with Utiluty::relPath ()

I'll look further into it when I'm done with the gio port.
