Referencer crashs on startup due to unrecognized SVG image

Bug Description

I've installed Referencer on my Kubuntu 7.10 system, with the latest updates applied

On every start I get the following error:

Exception: Couldn't recognize the image file format for file '/usr/share/referencer/referencer.svg'

The operation underway was: "Terminating due to unhandled exception"

The image lockced fine, I also tried to replace it with the standard SVG form the referencer source code - still the same error.

This is a library issue on kubuntu that I vaguely recall seeing before.
On my system I have libsvg1 and librsvg2-2 installed, do you?

I have both libraries installed, so this doesn't seem to be the problem.

You should also have librsvg2-common... at least it *ought* to be a dep of librsvg2-2.

Can you install the eog package and try viewing the svg file with that? Might also be interesting to see what dependencies eog pulls in when you install it.

After installing the eog package (called "Image Viewer" in Adept), Referencer works fine under Kubuntu 7.10.

It seems that Referencer didn't have the dependency on librsvg2-common. After pulling this manually (without installing eog) Referencer works as it should.
