Bug Description
I had just installed Linux Mint, which bundles Redshift. I launched it and didn't notice anything clearly happening. So I launched it again.
A bit later, the screen kept cycling between the reddened version and the normal version. In the system tray, there were two icons for Redshift.
Redshift should not allow concurrent instances to run.

Why does this bug tracker on Launchpad still exist, if development has moved to GitHub?
