Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open ~/.config/
2. Set the "gamma" option to, say, "0.8", as indicated in the example from the man page.
3. Start 'redshift-gtk' during the day.
Note that the gamma settings are applied immediately, even during day time.
The expected behaviour is for the gamma adjustment to kick in only during night time.
