Won't shift to day mode

Bug Description

I am using redshift on archlinux with gnome 3. It never shifts to day mode with the cli or with with gtk applet. Using oneshot mode works and it is able to shift the color temperature.

Please make sure that the location is setup correctly. Try to set the location manually if you are in doubt. Be aware that the longitude west of Greenwich is negative (e.g. in the Americas).

redshift -l 32.7:-79.8 goes straight to night mode for me, even at 13:10 as I'm posting this from South Carolina.

Let me know if there is any debugging I can do that would help.
