Location does not work behind proxy

Bug Description
Redshift does not start with geoclue location provider when computer is working behind PROXY server.
$ redshift
Started Geoclue provider `Geoclue Master'.
Użycie dostawcy `geoclue'.
Could not get location: xmlNanoHTTPMethod did not get a response from http://
.
Using system provided proxy configuration (from dconf, or env) should solve the problem.
