small improvement: Backup is not compressed

Bug Description
The zip-file from a backup is not compressed, all items are put in the zip file and keep their original size.
Tested on:
- windows 7 updated
- rednotebook 1.11
I tried a manual zip of the notebook directory and got an 5:1 compression ratio.
workaround: manual zip-ing, so not a big issue.
