Bug Description
In edit mode, something like 紅樓 displays just fine. Once you click on Preview mode, however, it gets displayed as square boxes. (If you copy-paste the boxes into another application such as Chrome, it displays just fine again.) Exported PDFs have this problem as well (non-ASCII characters are displayed as boxes even in Linux when viewing PDFs created in Windows). Text is in fact saved and stored correctly, however.
Everything works just fine in Linux (including PDFs created in Linux -- viewable just fine in Windows). Logs are basically the same for both platforms (except for "Connected Signals") so not copy-pasting.

The problem is that the libwebkit dll that is shipped with RedNotebook for Windows is outdated. Finding or building a newer version is a little complicated unfortunately.
