Bug Description

I am unable to copy text from a .txt file and paste it into RedNotebook. I am running version rednotebook-1.8.0 with the default settings in the default directory in Windows 8.

Can you please try to paste text into RedNotebook again and provide the
logfile from C:\Users\<yourname>\.rednotebook\ ?

I am still unable to paste text into RedNotebook. There is no file named ‘logfile’ at that location. There are 3 folders: ‘data,’ ‘templates,’ and ‘tmp,’ a configuration.cfg file, and a rednotebook.txt file. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I meant the file rednotebook.log from that directory. Please try to
paste something, then close RedNotebook and attach the rednotebook.log
file here.

Sorry, the log file doesn't help us much. I would guess there's
something "wrong" with your system.
