Use of absolute path for data directory inside config file

Bug Description

Currently inside .rednotebook/configuration.cfg, the data directory is given an absolute path. Can this be made relative to the .rednotebook directory? When I changed my home folder, I copied over the whole directory and the data files were still being saved to the previous directory. With a relative path, the .rednotebook folder will be self-contained, without unexpected behaviors.
