Does not work on redmine 1.2.0

When upgrading to Redmine 1.2.0 (2011-05-30) the avatars do not appear. The default icon appears with the big G on a blue background.

Would you be willing to submit a patch? This is probably related (if not a duplicate) of bug #788154.
