Add bash completion script for recordmydesktop

Hi,

I've not seen any bash completion for the cli recordMyDesktop app, so I wrote one. With it enabled $ recordmydesktop --fo <Tab><Tab> will become $ recordmydesktop --follow-mouse and $ recordmydesktop -<Tab><Tab> will show all options

It must be placed at the /etc/bash_completion.d/ directory

I've also filed a bug at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3484854&group_id=172357&atid=861430 , but since the project looks paused I doubt they accept it there
