Recipe Manager

Bug Description

RecipeManager isn't internationalised so, oh noes, does not speak Catalan. I'll try to come up with a quick patch in the next few days, along with a Catalan translation.

Jean-François, I'm afraid I haven't hat the time to have a close look at this.

Before tackling this, the project should be setup to have a proper installation procedure and so on. My initial look at the problem revealed r-m was for example looking for glade stuff in the current directory, etc.

I guess adding gettext support is easy, but you'll have to add some stuff to handle the po dir, translation installs and so on. I guess there's plenty of GNOME python apps you can salvage for this kind of stuff.

FWIW, Catalan translation is ready, it's just not working properly as I don't know enough python/pygettext to know how to add correct calls.

PS: I know you don't believe me. Screenshot attached ;)

Actually, perhaps Specto's and gettext trickery could be reused
here... but I'm not sure that it's actually a "good" implementation (and
not a nasty hack).
