Bug Description
Long recipes on small screens (ex: 1024x600) will not fit the screen height. Thus, we need to be able to have a scrollbar in the recipe's view window.

I'm fine with adding a scrolled view below the drawable in the view dialog. Behavior I would like to see:
* Default size shows full recipe and no scroll bars, but window is resizable
* Changing sizes attempts to do the same
* If the window would be larger than the screen then make it fit and show scroll bar(s)
So essentially users see no difference on large screens but things still work on small screens, and people that want to can resize the window manually, forcing scrollbars or extra white space.
