There is no release specific to the most recent Ubuntu (13.04 Raring Ringtail):
http://ppa.launchpad.net/realtime.sunlight.wallpaper/rsw/ubuntu/dists/

Re-enabling the repository after upgrading automatically points it to "raring", which makes the update manager fail when fetching repo lists.

I know I haven't updated the PPA but you can still use the old one which should still work.

I will update the repo in the next few days

Raring PPA still missing. Also Saucy is coming up soon, so people who upgrade will have to revert the repo version manually if it's not present.
