Bug Description
It's run by archive.org, and doesn't have any difficult T&Cs. Furthermore, it's free software with a decent development process.

It does, in fact, have similar T&Cs, and no chance of getting around them. It also seems to be less complete than LibraryThing (there are a number of ISBNs in the tiny sample of my reading list that it doesn't have).
To summarise, I would like to change, but it's not practical at the moment.
