Bug Description
Adding a tag is easily done by clicking the + sign, but there is no clear way to rename or delete a tag that is no longer wanted.

If you click the [+] by Tag, then click the name of the tag from the left panel, you will be able to edit it. Same for subscriptions and queues. This is very non-obvious, I know, I'm still designing the screens to make managing tags, queue and feeds easier.
I'm leaving this bug open until the feature is working fully and intuitively, but just wanted to let you know that renaming at least was possible.
