typo in Makefile's INSTALLPATH in latest release

Bug Description

in the Makefile,
INSTALLPATH="$(HOME)/.local/share/rhythmbox/plugins/fileorganizer

does not match path used by python code:

fileorganizer.py:pluginpath = '/.local/share/rhythmbox/plugins/fileorganizer-gtk3/'

After changing the INSTALLPATH, plugin is working well for me (fedora 15).
Sorry if this has already been reported and/or fixed. I didn't search the bugreports.
