Dates on raspbian images do not match the dates of the directories

Bug Description
I am writing a Dockerfile that needs to download the latest raspbian image. Unfortunately, the date in the directory is not the same at the date on the image! That means I have to set two arguments to correctly construct the download URL. Can this be fixed? Or could you have a "latest" link so that it can be downloaded without specifying the date? Thanks.
