Reykjavik missing from list of time zone cities

Version: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

Steps to reproduce:

1) In terminal, write sudo raspi-config
2) Select Localisations Options
3) Select Timezone
4) Select Europe

Expected behavior:
I can find Reykjavik on the list of European cities - especially since there are times when no other city in Europe or the world has the same time zone.

Actual behavior:
I can't find Reykjavik and there is no other city with the same time zone, causing me to experience all kinds of frustrating and infuriating problems down the line.
