The openjdk-11-jre-zero package from openjdk-11 package source is missing in all Raspbian suites: https:/
The benefit of this package is, that it allows to run Java applications with Java 11 on ARMv6 hardware, i.e. on RPi 1 and Zero (1) models, with the alternative Zero JVM. This e.g. works well with the openjdk-17-jre-zero package from Bullseye on, to run Java applications with Java 17 via "java -zero" command. All OpenJDK versions above 8 are otherwise unusable on ARMv6 hardware.
