Bug Description
Just upgraded any/all packages, but somehow the actual shared library files seem to be missing:
pi@rasp4-1:~/tst $ libcamera-still
libcamera-still: error while loading shared libraries: libcamera.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
pi@rasp4-1:~/tst $ readlink /usr/lib/
libcamera-base.so.0
pi@rasp4-1:~/tst $ ls /usr/lib/
/usr/lib/

not sure how it happened in the irst place, but I uninstalled the package and then reinstalled it and th files are there now
