No tvservice on 64-bit OS

Bug Description

https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/configuration.html states that one should use the tvservice command. However, the error is that tvservice is not available when vc4-kms-v3d driver is used.

Since the user knows nothing about this driver, the questions include how did it get there, was the documentation incorrect, and how does the user fix this issue.

Raspberry Pi 4 model B, OS 64-bit Lite with Xfce 4.16.
