I have similar problem.
apt update can't find http://archive.raspbian.org/raspbian/dists/bullseye/main/source/Sources
Sources file is missing in http://archive.raspbian.org/raspbian/dists/bullseye/main/source/

This folder should contain files similar to other distros, like:
http://archive.raspbian.org/raspbian/dists/stretch/main/source/
