Bug Description
I use selenium and chromedriver to take regular screenshot of my app. When I am using version 95.0.4638.78-rpt6 the chromedriver can be initialized properly. However when it is updated to 98.0.4758.106-rpt1 my selenium freeze at the driver initialization stage
