Bug Description
RPi-4 2gb using DHCP for IP4/6 addresses (dnsmasq router). My router sends out a the MTU size for my network as 1412. I run my own RPi-4 router which I use with Ethernet dongle.

bullseye with an img date of 22-01-28 raspios-
MTU after boot is 1500. dnsmasq uses:
dhcp-option-
I do not use pppoe (comcast) and the pppoe man page warns about 1412 using an larger mtu.
