Raspbian bullseye is supplying 4.13 SWT packages in armhf, but upstream no longer supports 32 bits architectures.
We can either revert to 4.10.0-3 on bullseye (the last supported 32-bit build), or apply this patch to 4.13 build: https://sources.debian.org/patches/swt4-gtk/4.10.0-3/0004-Use-is64-defined-for-build.patch/
