Bug Description

See e.g "https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/drbd-utils/+bug/1866458".
* obviously, the communication interface between the module "/kernel/drivers/block/drbd.ko"
  and "drbdsetup" has been changed 'at the modules side'.
* in Ubuntu 20.4.1 LTS a "kernel-5.4.0-73-generic" works with "drbd-utils=9.11.0-1build1".
* with 'your' kernel-5.10.60-x a version drbd-utils-9.13.1 (drbdadm Version 9.13.1), compiled by me,
  works.
* Quick, rough verification of "it works": "drbdsetup new-resource t1" should not return an error
  ("echo $?" --> 0) (you do not need to 'setup a drbd environment'!)
* You may then clear the resource by "drbdsetup del-resource t1".

* PLEASE UPDATE YOUR drbd-utils TO A NEWER VERSION!
