3rd question upon boot is timezone, for Montreal none of the options are clear

On the very first boot, RPiOS will ask timezone name.

I am near Montreal.

I had to google half the names on the provided list.

Apparently the closest is named "Iqaliut"

I nor most people in Quebec, have ever heard of this place.

Please add a "Montreal" timezone

(Also, setting the country during setup should also set the Wifi Country code, should I make a separate ticket for this ?)
