NTP on headless does not work because no access to resolv.conf

I spent several hours making NTP client work on Raspi Zero W.

I tried systemd-timesync, which did not give any error message.
after that I tried NTP. This set me on the right path: It wasn't able to solve DNS.

The solution was to set
PrivateTmp=false
in /lib/systemd/system/ntp.service

Maybe there is a similar problem with systemd-timesync
I let the experts fiddle that out!
